We are David and Kandra Millsaps. Our vision is to change the spiritual destiny of the Baltics by igniting a church planting movement.
For us, this means living and serving in the Baltics. We lead the Assemblies of God missionaries in the Baltic states of Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. This group of dedicated servants is committed to launching a church planting movement.
A Church Planting Movement occurs when a network of churches forms and intentionally multiplies. For example, in September of 2014, our church planting team, the Tallinn Project launched Focus Church. Already this church has grown to need two services and from here new churches will be launched in the next couple years.
God has blessed us with two beautiful daughters that are both married. Our elder daughter Eliza is a counselor in a private clinic in the Twin Cites. Her husband Brent is the Director of the University of St. Thomas Chi Alpha. Brent and Eliza have two beautiful daughters, Belle and Clara. They bring much joy and laughter to our lives.
Our younger daughter, Stefanija, works remotely as a Primary Customer Relations Manager with a Twin Cities firm. Her husband Jeremy is an Executive Pastor at First Assembly in Burlington, Iowa. We are so grateful that our kids are serving the Lord and loving life!
In our 32 years of our marriage, we have lived in the US, Belgium, Lithuania, and Estonia. David is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God (USA) and Kandra is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). We have served as Assemblies of God missionaries since 1996. Prior to our appointment David was the pastor of Walker Assembly of God in Walker, Minnesota, for five years.
